各位國(guó)際學(xué)生：

深圳大運(yùn)留學(xué)基金會(huì)（簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)基金會(huì)）是深圳為弘揚(yáng)大運(yùn)精神，促進(jìn)國(guó)際青年文化教育交流，特地籌集資金設(shè)立的一家專(zhuān)門(mén)資助留學(xué)生的公募基金會(huì)。

2026年深圳大運(yùn)留學(xué)基金會(huì)資助申請(qǐng)工作現(xiàn)已啟動(dòng)（https://www.suisf.org.cn/info/1009/1549.htm），與我校國(guó)際學(xué)生資助有關(guān)的信息如下：

一、資助項(xiàng)目

（一）資助境外學(xué)生在中國(guó)境內(nèi)高等院校接受全日制本科學(xué)歷教育項(xiàng)目，資助標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為本科3萬(wàn)元人民幣/人/年。

（二）資助國(guó)外學(xué)生在深辦學(xué)高等院校學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)（半年以上）項(xiàng)目，資助標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為：1萬(wàn)元人民幣/人/半年以上（此項(xiàng)目?jī)H漢語(yǔ)言專(zhuān)業(yè)的國(guó)際學(xué)生符合申請(qǐng)條件）。

二、遴選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及要求

（一）國(guó)（境）外在中國(guó)境內(nèi)留學(xué)受助學(xué)生應(yīng)對(duì)華友好、品學(xué)兼優(yōu)（GPA分?jǐn)?shù)原則上不低于3.7分）、形象良好、身心健康、分布合理、兼顧男女比例，優(yōu)先考慮來(lái)自“一帶一路”國(guó)家、深圳國(guó)際友好城市留學(xué)生，與中國(guó)文化、深圳科技產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)背景的優(yōu)秀來(lái)華留學(xué)生。

（二）全日制本科學(xué)歷教育申請(qǐng)人以本科二年級(jí)及以上學(xué)生為主，資助期內(nèi)必須在中國(guó)境內(nèi)連續(xù)就讀1年及以上，未在境內(nèi)就讀者，不予受理。申請(qǐng)?jiān)谏钷k學(xué)高校學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)（半年以上）項(xiàng)目，需在高校明確錄取后方可提出申請(qǐng)。

（三）不具備申請(qǐng)資格的情況：1、曾獲得本基金會(huì)同項(xiàng)目資助的學(xué)生。2、2026年已享受中國(guó)境內(nèi)同類(lèi)獎(jiǎng)（助）學(xué)金的學(xué)生，如國(guó)家留學(xué)基金委員會(huì)留學(xué)生資助金、廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金等。3、延期畢業(yè)學(xué)生。4、本科一年級(jí)學(xué)生、本科畢業(yè)年級(jí)學(xué)生、碩士高級(jí)進(jìn)修生、博士高級(jí)進(jìn)修生不可申請(qǐng)全日制學(xué)歷教育項(xiàng)目。5、不在中國(guó)境內(nèi)的學(xué)生。

（四）對(duì)學(xué)校有突出貢獻(xiàn)者給予優(yōu)先考慮。

（五）欠繳學(xué)雜費(fèi)者，無(wú)申請(qǐng)資格。

三、申請(qǐng)資料

1. 2026年遴選資助申報(bào)材料封面（含申請(qǐng)材料說(shuō)明）（附件1）。

2. 個(gè)人材料：

必交材料：①《境外學(xué)生來(lái)中國(guó)境內(nèi)留學(xué)資助申請(qǐng)表》（附件2）、②有效身份證件（華裔須提供祖孫三代證明）、③錄取通知書(shū)、④導(dǎo)師推薦信（應(yīng)有2封推薦信，由所在學(xué)校的兩位教師出具，推薦信要針對(duì)本年度大運(yùn)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金項(xiàng)目，同時(shí)須蓋教師所在院系章，如推薦信是英文的，需附中文翻譯）、⑤學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)單（至少包括最近兩學(xué)期的成績(jī)，加蓋學(xué)術(shù)部印章）、⑥申請(qǐng)項(xiàng)目視頻介紹（視頻時(shí)長(zhǎng)不超過(guò)5分鐘，請(qǐng)嚴(yán)格遵守《申請(qǐng)項(xiàng)目情況介紹視頻制作要求》?。?！附件3）⑦承諾書(shū)（附件5）

選交材料：⑧漢語(yǔ)水平證明、⑨近三年獲獎(jiǎng)經(jīng)歷（最近三年（2023.5-2026.5）有獲獎(jiǎng)經(jīng)歷、或市級(jí)以上報(bào)刊登載的個(gè)人事跡，可按照重要程度順序提交復(fù)印件（證書(shū)數(shù)量不超過(guò)5張），如證書(shū)是外文的，需另附翻譯件）、⑩發(fā)表的學(xué)術(shù)論文（文章）及專(zhuān)利證書(shū)復(fù)印件（申請(qǐng)人如果有在市級(jí)以上報(bào)刊發(fā)表的學(xué)術(shù)論文、文章或?qū)＠C書(shū)等成果，可按照重要程度排序并提交以下材料：①成果清單及首頁(yè)復(fù)印件；②附上經(jīng)學(xué)院或圖書(shū)館加蓋印章的論文檢索報(bào)告；③所有論文或期刊需按MLA格式整理后納入輔助材料清單）

四、遴選程序

    請(qǐng)各位同學(xué)在4月10日至4月30日期間（材料接收時(shí)間：周一至周五工作時(shí)間9：00-11:30,14:30-17:30，逾期視為無(wú)效申請(qǐng)）將紙質(zhì)版申請(qǐng)材料、項(xiàng)目視頻介紹（視頻文件命名為：申請(qǐng)項(xiàng)目名稱(chēng)+護(hù)照姓名，放入U盤(pán)）提交至國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)交流合作部（主樓250），若材料不符合要求，將退回重改，若通過(guò)審核，材料被接收，則可在系統(tǒng)提交正確的申報(bào)材料。

請(qǐng)注意：國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)交流合作部線(xiàn)下初審無(wú)誤并接收材料后，申請(qǐng)人方可在線(xiàn)上開(kāi)始申報(bào)，點(diǎn)擊提交申請(qǐng)，未通過(guò)國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)交流合作部線(xiàn)下初審的不予受理。材料線(xiàn)下審核通過(guò)的同學(xué)請(qǐng)按《學(xué)生端操作手冊(cè)》（附件4）指引，進(jìn)入基金會(huì)資助報(bào)名系統(tǒng)（http://apply.suisf.org.cn/apaas/pc-login）注冊(cè)個(gè)人信息（注冊(cè)學(xué)校選擇深圳北理莫斯科大學(xué)），選擇符合條件的項(xiàng)目填報(bào)申請(qǐng)信息并上傳個(gè)人申請(qǐng)材料電子版（每人只能選擇填報(bào)一個(gè)項(xiàng)目，并請(qǐng)?jiān)趫?bào)名系統(tǒng)“校內(nèi)公告”一欄查閱申請(qǐng)注意事項(xiàng)）。

五、注意事項(xiàng)

申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)當(dāng)按照所申請(qǐng)項(xiàng)目規(guī)定的程序、時(shí)間和要求提交申請(qǐng)材料，并對(duì)材料的真實(shí)性負(fù)責(zé)。國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)交流合作部有權(quán)退回不真實(shí)、不一致、不符合要求的申請(qǐng)。若本通知英文譯本與中文有異，以中文版本為準(zhǔn)。

Announcement Regarding International Students' Application for the 2026 Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation (“SUISF”) Funding

Dear International Students,

The Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation (“SUISF”) (hereinafter referred to as "the Foundation") is a public fundraising foundation established by Shenzhen to promote the spirit of the Universiade, facilitate international youth cultural and educational exchanges, and provide specialized funding for students studying abroad.

The application process for the 2026 Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation (“SUISF”) Funding is now open. （https://www.suisf.org.cn/info/1009/1549.htm）Information relevant to funding for international students at our university is as follows:

I. Funding Programs

Program for Full-time Undergraduate Degree Studies in Chinese Higher Education Institutions:Supports international students pursuing full-time undergraduate degree programs at higher education institutions within China. The funding standard is 30,000 RMB per person per year.

Program for Studying Chinese Language (Six Months or More) at Shenzhen-based Higher Education Institutions:Supports international students studying the Chinese language for six months or more at higher education institutions in Shenzhen. The funding standard is 10,000 RMB per person for a period of six months or more.(This program is only applicable to international students majoring in Chinese Language.)

II. Selection Criteria and Requirements

General Eligibility:Funded international students studying in China should be friendly towards China, exhibit excellent academic and moral character (The GPA score should generally be no lower than 3.7.), have a positive image, be in good physical and mental health, and demonstrate a balanced profile. Priority consideration will be given to outstanding international students from "Belt and Road" countries, Shenzhen's international sister cities, and those with academic backgrounds related to Chinese culture or Shenzhen's technology industries.

Specific Requirements:

For Undergraduate Degree Programs:Applicants should primarily be second-year undergraduate students or above. They must be continuously enrolled and studying in China for one year or moreduring the funding period. Applications from individuals not currently residing/studying in China will not be accepted.

For the Chinese Language Study Program (Six Months or More):Applications can only be submitted after receiving an official admission letterfrom a Shenzhen-based institution.

Ineligibility Conditions:

Students who have previously received funding for the same program from this Foundation.

Students who are already recipients of similar scholarships/funding in China for 2026, such as those from the China Scholarship Council, the Guangdong Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students, etc.

Students on academic probation or extension.

The following categories are ineligible for the undergraduate degree program: first-year undergraduates, final-year undergraduates, masters, and PhD students .

Students who are currently outside of China.

Priority Consideration:Priority consideration will be given to applicants who have made outstanding contributions to the university.

Disqualification: Applicants with outstanding tuition or fee payments will be disqualified.

III. Required Application Materials

Personal Documents (Must be submitted):

① Cover Page of 2026 Application Materials for Selection (for Studying in China), Application Form for Funding for International Students Studying in China(Attachment 1, 2)

② Valid Identification Document (Students of Chinese ethnicity must provide proof of lineage for three generations)

③ Admission Notice

④ Letters of Recommendation (Two letters are required. They should be issued by two teachers from the applicant's current institution, specifically for the current year's Universiade Scholarship program, and must bear the official seal of the teacher's department. If written in English, a Chinese translation must be attached.)

⑤ Academic Transcripts (Must include grades from at least the last two semesters)

⑥ Project Introduction Video (Video duration should not exceed 5 minutes. Please strictly adhere to the "Video Production Requirements for Project Introduction"! Attachment 3)

⑦ Letter of Commitment (Attachment 5)

Optional Supplemental Materials:

⑧ Chinese Language Proficiency Certificate

⑨ Award Records from the Past Three Years (May 2023 - May 2026): Copies of awards, certificates, or publications in municipal-level or higher media featuring personal achievements can be submitted in order of importance (maximum 5 documents). Foreign language certificates require a translation.

⑩ Copies of Published Academic Papers/Articles and Patents: If applicable, submit the following materials sorted by importance: ① List of achievements with copies of title pages; ② Literature search report stamped by the applicant's school or library; ③ All papers/publications must be formatted according to MLA style and included in the supplementary materials list.

IV. Selection Procedure

Students are requested to submit the following materials to the International Academic Exchange and Cooperation Department (Main Building, Room 250)between April 10th and April 30th (Submission hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-11:30 AM and 2:30-5:30 PM. Late submissions will be considered invalid):

A physical copy of the application materials.

The project introduction video (The video file must be named: "Project Name + Passport Name"and stored on a USB drive).

Important Notes on Submission:

If materials do not meet requirements, they will be returned for revision.

Only after the International Academic Exchange and Cooperation Department has successfully conducted the preliminary offline review and accepted the physical materials can the applicant begin the online application. Applications that fail the offline preliminary review will not be accepted.

Follow the instructions in the "Student Operation Manual"(Attachment 4).

Register your personal information (When selecting the institution, choose "深圳北理莫斯科大學(xué)").

Select the eligible program, fill in the application information, and upload electronic versions of your personal application materials.

Note:Each applicant can only apply for oneprogram.

Before submitting, please read the important notes in the "Campus Announcements" (校內(nèi)公告) section of the application system.

V. Important Notes

Applicants must submit all application materials in strict accordance with the procedures, deadlines, and requirements of the program they are applying for and are responsible for the authenticityof the materials provided.

The International Academic Exchange and Cooperation Department reserves the right to reject and return applications containing false information, inconsistent data, or materials that do not meet the specified requirements.

In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this notice, the Chinese version shall be authoritative and prevail.
